7. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, our privacy practices comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), and any CCPA-specific information is identified in this Policy.   • Right to Know About Personal Information Collected, Used, Disclosed, or Shared – California consumers have the right to request that the Company disclose what personal information it has collected, used, disclosed, and sold over the 12-month period preceding the Company’s receipt of such a request.   This information is contained in Section 1 above.
  • Right to Access – The right to know the categories of third parties with whom we’ve shared personal information (See Section 1 above).
  • Right to Request Deletion of Personal Information – California consumers have the right to request the deletion of their personal information collected or maintained by the Company.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of a Consumer’s Privacy Rights – California consumers have the right to not be discriminated against because the consumer exercised any of the consumer’s rights under the CCPA.  That means that the company may not deny goods or services to the consumer, charge different rates for goods or services, or provide a different level or quality of goods or services if the consumer chooses to exercise their rights under the CCPA (unless the different rate or different level or quality is reasonably related to the value to the business of the consumer’s data).
Exercising your Rights
  • Making a Request: California residents may submit an individual rights by either calling ALLG at 877-311-1133 or sending an email to optout@allgteam.com.
  • Verifiable Consumer Request: Before ALLG can process a request to delete or provide a copy of your data, ALLG will ask for your personal information to verify control of the accounts (or the account you are authorized to access). The verification process is based on a two (2) factor authentication method.
  • Time to Respond: ALLG will acknowledge a request within 15 days of receipt of a request. A verified request will be fulfilled within 45 days of receipt of any such request. Prior to deleting or releasing any information, ALLG will need to verify the requestor is authorized to have the information deleted or to receive the information.
  • Receiving data: You can ask for the specific pieces of personal information that ALLG collects about you, categories of personal information ALLG collects about you and categories of third parties that collect the personal information.
  • Deleting data: You may submit a request to delete your personal information at any time through the phone number or email address above.
  • Authorized Agent: Third parties submitting a request on behalf of individuals will be required to submit a Power of Attorney or a Written Consent which must be verified through ALLG’s certification process.
  • Parent/Guardian: Parents and legal guardians will be required to submit a consent form certifying their authority to make the request under penalty of perjury.
