Joshua Baumgarten

Joshua grew up in Chino Hills, California. With a diverse professional background that includes military service, entrepreneurship, and coaching, Joshua started his legal career by taking a pragmatic approach to legal problem solving in the areas of family law, estate planning, criminal prosecution, and criminal defense.
A veteran of the U.S. Army, Joshua served from 2004 to 2007 before transitioning to a career as a personal trainer. In 2011, he launched his own personal training business and later opened a gym, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to helping others. As an Olympic Weightlifting coach, he has supported athletes competing at National and International competitions, developing strong communication skills and a strategic mindset that now serves his legal practice.
Joshua completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Oregon, earning a B.S. in Philosophy while simultaneously running his fitness business remotely – a testament to his ability to manage complex responsibilities. He continued his academic journey at the University of Oregon School of Law, graduating in May 2024 and passing the Oregon Bar in July of the same year.
Drawing from his varied experiences in the military, business, and coaching, Joshua approaches legal challenges with a pragmatic and solution-oriented perspective. He is dedicated to effectively communicating with clients and helping them navigate challenging legal situations.
Josh shifted his focus to Lemon Law to be a zealous advocate on behalf of consumers who have been taken advantage of by vehicle manufacturers.
Outside of his legal practice, Joshua continues to be passionate about CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting. He enjoys reading and traveling with his wife, bringing the same dedication and enthusiasm to his personal life that he demonstrates in his professional endeavors.
