Kyle Tracy is an elite trial attorney with extensive experience in lemon law and consumer protection. With a proven track record of successfully beating some of the largest multinational, multi-billion-dollar corporations, Kyle brings unparalleled expertise and a relentless commitment to justice.
Before focusing on lemon law, Kyle built a substantial career litigating complex product liability cases, including his pioneering role in cosmetic talcum powder litigation. His case, Winkel v. Colgate-Palmolive, resulted in the first jury verdict ever awarded in a cosmetic talcum powder case and was recognized as a Top 20 Verdict in California. That experience helped shape Kyle into the thoughtful, resilient, and detail-oriented advocate he is today.
Kyle’s work as a Los Angeles lemon law lawyer earned national recognition from organizations such as the National Trial Lawyers Association and Lawyers of Distinction, and his contributions have been highlighted in The New York Times and USA Today. Outside the courtroom, he has taught trial skills to practicing attorneys, coached high school mock trial teams, and volunteered throughout his community.
