Paul Collins

Paul is an Intake Attorney at American Lemon Law Group, serving as an informed and reassuring guide for Californians exploring their rights under the state’s Lemon Law. He helps clients understand their legal options, recommends a strategic course of action, and ensures they feel supported from the very first conversation.

Paul brings significant experience in both legal consultation and litigation. He spent five years as a Deputy Public Defender with the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office, and later dedicated three years to protecting tenants’ rights in California, litigating landlord tenant disputes and working as an Intake Attorney to help individuals understand and assert their legal protections.

Paul graduated summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy with a Minor in Japanese Language, and earned his Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law. He is licensed in California and Arkansas, with additional bar admissions in Idaho and Missouri.

Originally from Florida, Paul has lived and worked across the country from Tennessee to California to Idaho and Arkansas, bringing a broad and grounded perspective to the clients he serves.
