She has built her career in fast-paced environments, developing the structure and processes that allow teams to operate efficiently and stay focused on delivering results. Her background spans both corporate and creative industries, where she is known for her attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to remain steady under pressure.

Before transitioning into the legal field, Meg worked with global teams at Accenture and consulted for Fortune 500 companies, where she designed and led corporate training and leadership development programs recognized for their excellence.

She also spent a decade in nonprofit event production, organizing large-scale galas across New York City and the Hamptons and helping raise over $30 million for the arts. During that time, she regularly produced a private, weekend-long annual event at Hearst Castle for the Hearst family.
