Hannah Theophil-Wenzel

Litigation Attorney

Hannah Theophil-Wenzel is a California-licensed attorney at American Lemon Law Group, LLP, where she advocates for consumers whose vehicles fail to meet manufacturer warranties. With more than four years of experience focused on California’s Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act (“Lemon Law”), Hannah represents individuals against some of the world’s largest automobile manufacturers, helping clients navigate complex legal disputes and pursue the compensation and remedies they deserve.

Hannah is passionate about consumer warranty litigation because it provides everyday Californians with an opportunity to recover after purchasing a defective vehicle and helps ensure unsafe vehicles are removed from the road. She understands the frustration, uncertainty, and financial strain that can result from being stuck with a vehicle that repeatedly fails to perform as promised. Through her work, she is committed to helping clients feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout the legal process.

Before focusing her practice on Lemon Law litigation, Hannah gained valuable experience in civil defense litigation, providing her with a well-rounded perspective on case strategy, negotiation, and dispute resolution. This background allows her to anticipate opposing arguments and develop effective approaches to securing favorable outcomes for her clients. Having represented consumers at every stage of litigation, she brings both skill and determination to every case she handles.

Hannah earned her Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law, where she concentrated in Business and Commercial Law and was awarded a merit-based full tuition scholarship. She received her Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Southern Oregon University and graduated from the university’s Honors College, also on a full merit scholarship.

Driven by a commitment to consumer advocacy, Hannah approaches every case with diligence, compassion, and a strong belief that consumers deserve to be treated fairly. She understands that legal disputes often impact more than just finances they can disrupt daily life, create stress, and leave individuals feeling powerless. Hannah is dedicated to helping her clients regain confidence and move forward with peace of mind.

When she is not practicing law, Hannah enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring Southern California, and staying involved in her local community.
