Diana Rivero

Diana Rivero is an experienced consumer protection attorney with more than seven years of litigation experience advocating for consumers in breach of warranty and consumer fraud matters. Dedicated to protecting the rights of California consumers, Diana works tirelessly on behalf of her clients, taking on some of the largest automobile manufacturers in the country and securing highly favorable settlements. As a skilled litigator, she manages every aspect of a civil claim while providing personalized guidance and support to clients throughout the legal process.

Diana’s passion for litigation and consumer advocacy began during law school, where she distinguished herself through moot court competition and earned an externship with the Honorable Kathleen Mulligan of the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Following her externship, Diana began her legal career at a boutique labor and employment law firm, representing federal employees before the EEOC and the United States Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB). She has also volunteered with and worked for nonprofit organizations representing tenants in unlawful detainer proceedings. Her experience combating workplace discrimination and retaliatory evictions has reinforced her commitment to fairness, justice, and public service.

A native of Mexico City, Diana is fluent in Spanish and effectively serves both English and Spanish speaking clients. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys baking, international travel, reading speculative fiction, and watching British television.”
