Madelyn O’Kelley-Bangsberg

Madelyn O’Kelley-Bangsberg is a dedicated consumer protection attorney who is passionate about protecting consumers’ rights and holding manufacturers accountable. Through negotiation and trial, she has secured numerous favorable outcomes for her clients, combining strategic advocacy with a client-focused approach to achieve meaningful results.

Before joining the consumer protection field, Madelyn served as a Deputy Public Defender with the Colorado State Public Defender’s Office in Denver, where she represented individuals facing felony charges and served as first chair in 15 jury trials through verdict. This extensive courtroom experience sharpened her litigation skills and strengthened her ability to advocate effectively in high-stakes matters.

Madelyn’s background in science provides a unique advantage in cases involving complex automotive and technical issues. She earned her degree in Biology from Reed College, graduating Phi Beta Kappa, and conducted research that was presented at the American Society for Cell Biology Conference and later published in BMC Molecular and Cell Biology. She received her Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law on a full-tuition merit scholarship, where she served as a Senior Editor of the Northeastern University Law Review and interned for Judge Bruce Selya of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
