Michael Avila

Michael Avila is a litigation attorney who has represented numerous consumers in California against manufacturers who have failed to fulfill their obligations under the law. He has five years of experience practicing lemon law and, through his dedication to his clients, has an extensive history of achieving positive results.

Prior to working in consumer protection, Michael practiced in multiple areas of litigation, representing both individual clients and large corporate entities in contract negotiations, bankruptcy, complex litigation, elder abuse, and property disputes. He also served as the Director of the Contracting Department for a company that provided private security services. His experience in these fields has given him a unique perspective on the law, as well as insight into strategies that work both in and out of the courtroom.
